  • Certificate of Incumbency (or equivalent document) — issued within the last 3 months
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA)
  • Board Resolution approving the investment and appointing the authorized signatory

Important Notes

  • All company documents must be notarized by the issuing authority.
  • Original documents must be submitted within 2 months from the date of license issuance. Failure to do so may result in revocation of the business license.
  • For companies registered in jurisdictions with official online registries (where company details can be electronically verified), only copies of the corporate documents may be required, subject to approval by the Free Zone authority.
